I work in an elementary school but I am not your average employee. I am not a teacher but I am certified in giving different tests that the state and the school require. The test that I most love to give and that I give most often is the aptitude tests. I love to see kids come in that feel as if they are worth nothing and have no self confidence only to realize that their aptitude tests say that they are incredibly intelligent. The look on the children’s faces as well as the parents faces when I counsel with them is priceless. It makes my job so worthwhile.
