Most of our employees are in their twenties and early thirties.  And because of this they are all in very good health.  When it came time to renew our small business medical insurance medical insurance policy we knew right away we would have to give up our one hundred per cent funding or go to a larger deductible and copay.  We polled the employees as to their preference and discovered that in the last year none of them had used enough medical care to go over their deductible.  It was unanimous that they would much rather have the money in their pockets up front.
