I’m beginning to hear that real estate prices are approaching bottom. It’s not being shouted from the rooftops, but there are now a few messages coming through. Donald Trump is saying, “It’s an amazing time to buy.”

I remember travelling through Daytona Beach years ago. I remember a cool breeze on a warm day. Walking the beach, with waves breaking in the bright sun warms me up even today.

So I was thinking about Daytona Beach Condominiums and whether the prices have dropped to where it might just make sense to buy. The idea of the watching the morning waves break while drinking a cup of coffee on my balcony is sticking in my mind. At the least, I’m going to check it out.
