I have the handheld data collection system installed and ready to go out to all our staff. We are having a training session on how to use the handheld device and the information we need to collect. The process might seem difficult now, but it will save all the staff time as they become more comfortable using the system. There is less paper work and having to come into the office late to get information input into the desk computers.
