When I was a little girl I was always in the kitchen with my mother. We baked and cooked and did everything. I knew that when I was older that I wanted to be a caterer and give my delicious food to the people around the world. As I got older through culinary school I decided that I wanted to cater for Essex county catering since Essex is my hometown. Working all these years to become a caterer has really paid off for me.
