So far I have really enjoyed what I have learned about eating for energy has taught me about nutrition , raw food, veggies, smoothies etc.I loved Red Pepper and Tomato Soup &  especially Carrot and Avocado Lettuce Wraps with Ginger Dressing. There are simple raw recipes for tasty raw meals that most people wouldn’t give a second look at, they’ll seem so similar to what everyone else is eating. I now realize raw food diet benefits & how important greens are and knowing what foods tp leave out and put in. Still reading the book so far it is really great source if healthful information.
