My best friend and I are workout buddies and we keep each other motivated to work out and get fit. Another good part about a workout buddy is switching up routines so that different muscles get used. My best friend is into working out her abs, so together we came up with a few different abs workout moves to use. We have a set of crunches and then different variations of crunches that we can do. We also use an exercise ball for the crunches to make them more difficult to complete. We watch each other to make sure we keep good form.
