I dislike summer with a vengeance, with sweat, flies, and what not. I want to equip the house with a few portable AC units because the weather can be ridiculously hot in summer. What do you think is the best portable ac? An ac unit priced under $500 is ideally what I am looking for my home because I am on a budget. Besides, I am also looking for an eco-friendly model. It would be fantastic if the machine could also remove moisture from the air! Besides Panasonic, which other brands are good? I do not mind air coolers too, I think I might need both in the scorching summer.
