File sharing programs such as ones acquired through the Ares download are used to share a number of different files across a shared network.  Users of the peer-to-peer software specify a file on their hard drive to share with the rest of the network and then add any files they wish to share to the file folder.  Only files inside of the specified folder are shared.  Ares users should be careful as to not share any sensitive or classified information by accidentally placing documents containing such information into shared folders.  Doing so will increase security and will help to ensure anonymity amongst the users on the file sharing network.
