Henry is the manager over a small machine shop. Henry works with Steve, who works in the inspection department. Steve runs a CMM machine and he is also in charge of testing it and making sure that it meets all the calibration requirements. There are many pneumatics on the machine and Henry has asked Steve to take some maintenance training classes so that he can learn all the testing that is required to keep it running smoothly. Steve told Henry that he has the number to the local technical school and he would call and make arrangements to take classes to get the training he needs.
