The news emanating from the healthcare domain is that a lot of LPNs are signing up for Online bridging courses from LPN to RN. The reasoning is simple – These Lpn To Rn Online Programs allow nurses to move to the role of a RN from that of a LPN. This is not to say that LPNs get bored of their role, but any professional in any work domain will always desire growth. With these programs guiding nurses to basics on the role of a RN, one thing is for sure – 50% of the work seems to be done. Now, the nurses need to show enough skills in implementing what they’ve learnt!
