The company that I work for has recently expanded.  They added on several more buildings and hired several hundred people.  Instead of making up several conference rooms in one area, they decided to set up an online conference room so that they can perform their meetings online.  They hired a Sharepoint Consulting Bothell firm to help them set up the virtual meeting room.  The firm did an excellent job.  We all login at a certain time and the leader performs the meeting right in the virtual room.  It has been a fun experience and is much better than walking half way across campus to get there.
