The first time I tried to book a flight online I was thoroughly confused. I was not sure how to actually use the website I was on. Part of the problem was that they provided too many options. I was not sure if I had to bid on a flight, or was the price listed the actual price I had to pay. After a while, I became so confused that I decided to go to the flight FAQ’s to see if how to use the website. I soon found out that I had the option to either to bid or pay the price listed the choice was mine to make. Once I had a better understanding of how the website worked, I felt more secure in making my purchase.
